About Laura Metz
Laura is a state licensed acupuncturist and a nationally board certified diplomat of acupuncture through NCCAOM. She earned a Bachelor of Science at Colorado Christian University in 2002, and a Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2007.
In addition to acupuncture, Laura is experienced in herbal medicine, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, tui na, shiatsu, acupressure, and nutritional counseling. With over 12 years experience in the healthcare field, she is a caring healer and passionate teacher.
Vista Acupuncture is dedicated to helping individuals find a healthy balance through acupuncture and natural medicines. After your acupuncture treatment Laura can make you a custom formula of Chinese herbal medicines based on your ailments. Located at 301 E. Main st. #14 Buena Vista, CO 81211.
What Does Acupuncture Treat?
Emotional Disorders: stress, anxiety, depression Pain (Chronic or acute): Back pain, Sciatica, Headaches, & migraines, Arthritis, Fibromyalgia Digestive disorders: Irritable Bowel Syndrome, constipation, heart burn & indigestion Respiratory disorders: Allergies, Colds and Flu Women’s Health: Menstrual Disorders (PMS), Menopause, and Infertility.
Treatment Fees
Initial Visit: $75 (90 minutes)
Follow up: $60 each visit (60 minutes) or $200 for 4 treatments (recommended for chronic issues).

Payment is due at time of service
Insurance Coverage
Laura is a provider for blue cross blue shield and has worked with several other insurance companies including workman's compensation.
Medicare and Medicaid DO NOT cover acupuncture at this time.
